I have what some people consider to be a "restricted" diet, but I don't see it that way. I love to cook and to experiment with new ingredients, especially local, organic, fair trade stuff from the local farmer's market. I eat wild-caught sustainable fish but no other meat, and no wheat, barley, rye, or oats due to Celiac Disease. My favorite ethnic cuisines are Mexican and Indian. Currently, my favorite foods are Refried Bean Tostadas, Scrambled Tofu, and anything with chipotle peppers.
