I joined Weight Watchers in Dec 2005 -- have lost 35 pounds to date. I come from a family of ten children, lotsa activity, and many memories that involve food. I consider myself on a journey to discover more about myself, as well as food -- portion control, cooking and eating healthy foods, and savoring every delicious bite.
