I am a stay at home mom of an 8 yrs.old daughter. I also have another daughter 28 yrs, and a son 26 yrs. My eldest daughter also gave me 2 grand daughters... I am mostly veggitarian because I do not like the taste of most meats. I do eat veggies, fruit, legumes, chicken breast (no bone or skin), some fish, I am not much into junk food, but I do love chocolate... I have been trying diets, counting calories for 20 yrs more/less and now I just work on eating health, and exercising, which I have always done with no weight loss ???
