Since reducing my working hours I now have more time to cook. Always hated cooking until recently but it's amazing that with more time to read recipe books and magazines all of sudden I seemed to develop a passion (passion's a bit strong)for cooking. Even to the extent that I've preserved my own lemons. Egad! I'm into spices at the moment particularly Morrocan and Middle Eastern blends. Have a husband and two adult children still at home (will they ever leave?)...the children, not the husband.
