I've been a trial-&-error cook since I was about 12yo-- Fortunately, I have an older sister who would (and continues to) graciously eat my many experiments w/o complaining (she is now a vegetarian, so it's possible I'm to blame for turning her off meat, lol!). Baking is my all-time favorite cooking genre; and I would love nothing more than to become a pastry chef & open up my own Bakery :) But, I also enjoy to cook ethnic cuisines & to try different/creative dishes. I LOVE the Zaar b/c of the wonderful critiques/tips & photos from the many fabulous members! This is a great place! :D
