I have been cooking for 35 years. I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Tokyo. I have loved to cook for my whole life and I come from a long line of good cooks! I live on a low carb diet since I love to eat but I also love fitting into my size 9/10 jeans! I am passionate about cooking, I own a limo company and my favorite cookbook is my grandmother's loose leaf notebook that contains all of her original recipes and all of her mother's (my great grandmother) personal recipes along with ones I have added since she handed it down to me 19 years ago when she stopped cooking. It is one of my most prized posessions and I will be passing it down to the best cook of the next generation!
