I am a nursing student and I work as a restaurant manager. Working in restaurants has helped foster my love of food. I am also very interested in the concept of eating your way to health and the "powerfoods". I think we live in an exciting time where we are discovering the many amazing scientific properties foods have. I like freezer cooking. I never got organized enough to do OMC but I will make an extra lasagna to freeze if I'm going through all the trouble and Ill freeze some cookie dough. I won't make Thai food at home, I love going out for that. I am cooking for just me and my fiance so I try to cook things that make us both happy.
