Hey I am just a simple guy (born in 1974, january...makes it easier to work out the age thing). I like life a lot. I have worked in Hospitality and never learned a single recipe from it. What I did learn, just by paying attention, is that cooking is about flavour and procedure. it all comes down to this. I happen to be Gay, but this is of no consequence.. I don't exactly know why I declared this... maybe it's because everyone thinks gay guys are good cooks... trust me, most are just average at cooking. If I had a month off, Idealy I would go abroad and see the world.
