I have been in retail management for over 30 years. My wife is a caterer and chef and we have been experimenting with foods for many years. In the coming months we will be adding a commercial kitchen to our home. We recently build an outdoor bread oven, which is proving to be fantastic. The primary cookbook I use is The Best Recipe published by Cooks Illustrated. In the last year, I have experimented with making cheese and have been trying Hungarian and Romanian dishes in our kitchen.
