Been cooking for years, love to experiment. I'll read 5 recipes for the same thing and not follow one of them. I take bits and pieces and ideas from several and add my twist. I like making homemade versions of restaurant or convenience foods. I'm a picky eater too. I'm fussy about tomatoes in general, but tomatoes should never touch chicken, just looking at Chicken Cacciatore makes me nauseous. I don't eat most fruit, and I hate the entire squash family.
