I LOVE to cook and I rarely make the same thing twice. I don't use measuring spoons or cups. I usually use epicurious.com (Gourmet magazine is my old fav), but am really enjoying the variety that I'm finding here. I have a hubbie who eats and loves everything I make - spicy, odd, vegetarian, eclectic, complicated, simple. I look for recipes that have many ingredients, that way if I'm missing a few, I can still make it and just fudge the ones I'm missing.
