I'm an Italian professional cook who spends his summers in a greek island churning out pizza and spaghetti - anything which is NOT greek food - to give a respite to the tourists who are gagging over their moussaka and baklava after one straight week of hellenic food. My opinion of greek food is clearly pretty low, though I simply love Greece, which I've been visiting this past 35 years.
