I have a HUGE collection of cookbooks (too many, really). Reading recipes can soothe my sweet tooth, without even tasting! Strange, I know...but great when I'm dieting! I'm usually cooking for one, so I have to cut down the servings on recipes, or freeze to share with my Mom. I love to bake! One day, I hope to have a gas stove instead of this miserable electric appliance. Nothing like cooking with gas...
