I am a natural health nut returning to my vegan-vegetarian lifestyle. I grew up eating fresh, organic veggies out of my garden - so I know what a real tomato tastes like. Living in Austin, I purchase my organic veggies fresh from the local farmers market every week. My job is sedentary so I go walking early every morning from 30 mins to an hour - depending on day's schedule. I'm looking for recipes that are quick, easy, low-carb, fresh and raw with no meat and very little cheese. I find the biggest challenge is finding a variety of ways to fix the basic veggies.
