I picked up my favorite cookbook for $5.99 from the bargain bin at Borders Books: Christine Ingram's Vegetarian and Vegetable Cooking (The definitive encyclopedia of healthy vegetarian food). I am a lacto-ovo-pesco vegetarian, which means that in addition to eggs and dairy products I eat seafood, but no other meat or poultry. I share my home with my fiancee and our parrot.
