I love to experiment in the kitchen and find ways to make food we like and still eliminate some of the fat and sugar. Low in fat shouldn't mean low in taste! Unfortunately, I don't have as much time to "play" as I would like, since I still work full time. I love cookbooks and collect them everywhere I go, mostly from church groups, junior leagues, and the like. I am not a gourmet cook. I just like food that tastes good, doesn't cost a fortune to make, and because of family medical conditions, I am always looking for ways to lower the fat without losing the taste.
