I've been married for thirteen years and don't remember cooking prior to marriage....gosh I must have ordered out a lot. I'm from South Alabama and my husband is from Canada. He doesn't like the southern deep fried or breaded food and hates the meat flavor in the vegetables (usually fat or bullion.) I'm trying to adapt to a healthier form of cooking for him that still has all the flavor I'm used to. I'm having fun learning.
