Well, first of all, I'm not a real professional chef. I just use that as my user name. I have a gas stove and I also have an outdoor charcoal bbq and a gas bbq. I live in a small town and there is a lot of fast food and burger and breakfast diners. so I realized if I wanted something good, I would have to roll up my sleeves and get to work. There is only me, and one of two son's that reside with me. and there is my small dog that is my constant companion. I spend a lot of money on grocery supplies and I also have a stand up freezer. I don't really buy a lot of stuff to freeze for a long time as I have found it is better to try and cook with fresh ingredients. I am retired from my career in government working in financial reporting. I am somewhat also mobility challenged with a disability. I enjoy using recipes and I really like Food.com with all of the new updates. If I make something I like, I enjoy sharing it with others here.
