My name is Justin, and I am what some poeple call a cooking connoisseur. I love eating, making, and creating recipes of all kinds. In my spare time, I like to share my recipes with other food lovers Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Almost every single day, I wake up and put together something with eggs. Eggs are not only an easy breakfast recipe with a  great source of protein, but they also hold a good source of vitamins and minerals. Personally, I love chomping on beef jerky This high protein snack is packed with flavor, and suppresses my hunger until the next meal…lunch.   I view lunch as the meal that gets me through the day to dinner, my favorite meal. My lunch usually consists of something light followed by a low calorie dessert. And now, the time we all have been waiting for. There are multiple reasons why dinner is my favorite meal of the day. This meal is where you can really show off what you know. Whether it’s a complex recipe with 100 different ingredients, or an easy meatloaf recipe for the family, the feeling of accomplishment is worth every second of the hard work.
