I'm a 20-year old college student reteaching myself how to cook. I'm the granddaughter of a Southern cook so I grew up watching my Nan make biscuits, gravy, and dumplings. She always let me help and kindled my love and talent for cooking. Later in life, I fell in love with fast food and stopped cooking. Even later in life, college hit and I ran out of money and needed to feed myself. Here begins my journey of domestication and self-preservation.
