I'm a romantic chef so have embraced foods from around the globe that can be presented at dinner parties or dinners for two. Over the years I have taken to eating less meat and indulging in more non-meat dishes. Some are very elegant and fancy, and I love to serve them to guests either as a main course, or an accompaniment to a main meat course. When it comes to a table setting, I enjoy a personal touch from the traditional formal, to floral and other varied esthetically pleasing settings. From start to finish, dining with friends should be an experience to be luxuriated in.
