Likely my most famous dish is a cherry glazed pork tenderloin. The interesting thing about this recipe is how I obtained it. I was in an overcrowded Panera during Christmas shopping and sat at a table of complete strangers. I struck up a conversation with a woman telling her I was having my family over and wanted to prepare a pork tenderloin. She called her teenagers at home, they told her the recipe and she gave it to me. How cool is that?
