I work for the headquarters of a fast food company, in the Marketing Department. I enjoy cooking, although during the week my main criteriar are nutritious-tasty-easy to cook. I use my crockpot fairly regularly and I have a favourite vegetarian chili that I should post, because I make it once a week during the colder months. I enjoy cooking more elaborate meals on weekends, and I try to incorporate one new recipe each week. I've become a big fan of this site, especially since the nutritional information is provided with the recipes. That's very important to me since we're trying to eat right.
