Grew up in the kitchen--learned math, science, reading, art, you name it...love to cook for an army. One of the best things I have found, is to take a good recipe and tweak it, little by little, until it becomes something totally new--like they used to do with the classical songs like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, remember? Oddly enough, I'm good at baking, though I really don't like sweets--I'm a cheese-a-holic.
