Im an older student studying Anthropology and a lover of food. I have been cooking Greek food since I was a little girl. I also have a small collection of recipes from my father who was raised in New Orleans. My love of food has shifted over the years from my mother's pantry-based casseroles and large roasts to healthier foods. I am an omnivore who tries to avoid dairy. I cook a lot of vegan and vegetarian dishes because I love the way they taste.
