I was advised often as a child: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it." Currently, I rate recipes only that deserve a fair, good rating based on those I shared to taste it and honestly enjoyed it. My apologies to the the novice, but having said that, my advise is: 1. Learn from mistakes 2. Don't give up on perfection 3. Don't be afraid of creativity 4. Return to 1.
