I'm about to be 21, but I LOVE to cook. My dad was always the chef in our house and he taught me first and foremost, how to make a roux, but also how to be creative in the kitchen. I love trying new and different things. I want to increase the difficulty of the dishes I make. I also bake/decorate cakes on the side, as well as dabble in photography.
