Love to cook and am addicted to the Food Network and HGTV but if I see one more quail egg staring at me with a raw eye, I'll scream. How can anybody eat that after they've looked at it? Okay, I'll admit it - I'm just not that adventurous. Since I'm in a small town, many "exotic" ingredients aren't available to us -- but I love to try a wide variety of herbs and spices to change the flavors of the same old, same old!
