I enjoy cooking but I do a really poor job of timing meals. Things always finish at different times and some times they go 'differently' than I expected. Lucky for me, my husband Greg cooks very well. He generally leads the cooking of meals and I generally work on 'specialties.' It's a good combination! He doesn't like recipes - he'd rather cook by instinct. I adore recipes - but always change them to suit what I have in the kitchen, can find in stores or just have a yearning to taste.
