A busy mom of teens, I work 5 nights a week and the last thing I want to do is spend a lot of time in the kitchen. All of my recipes are simple to make, with wholesome delicious ingredients, and on the table faster than anything I can order in. A lot of them have easy steps that can be done ahead of time, or in bulk for several meals. For instance, double the veggie and dumplings prep from Chicken 'n Dumplings and make the Beef Stew the next day.
