I am a southern style cook by training, slowly acquiring healthier recipes that both my husband and I will eat. He loves the things I make best, which is unfortunate for both our waistlines! We are swapping to a bean-whole grain protein diet, and trying to live by the new myPyramid diet plan. To eat that many fruits and vegetables a day without consideration or complaint is our final goal. My macaroni and cheese is my most famous recipe.
