I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. I have worked in various restaurants in the area as a Prep Chef, my chief area of expertise is soup and sauces. Currently I am working in Instituitional Dining where I oversee the plating and distribution of patient meals. I enjoy going on vacation with my family and friends who boast that they travel with Their Own Personal Chef! Food is my profession and cooking is my passion. As one wise person said many years ago, If you enjoy what you do, you never have to work a day in your life! As such I don't have to go to work, rather I go to do what I like day after day. My favorite cookbook is The Joy of Cooking. My passions, my children, my wife, cooking, and working out.
