I have just recently moved to Alberta and I'm loving it... I was a cook for almost 25 years and now I am responsible for the spices and recipies for the company that I work for... we make Salsa, Bruchetta and Antipasto. I am going to try to make up a Crock Pot recipie using more than just boneless chicken breasts or thighs... that's all I seem to find here....and maybe I'll cheat... and just use some of the company's bruschetta as a base for the flavors! hmmm Stay tuned.. the wheels are in motion!
