I'm a busy stay-at-home mom trying to keep it all together. I love to cook, but don't always have time to give it my best. My two-year-old is a good eater and I am trying to encourage good eating and nutrition habits. Always on the lookout for easy, healthy recipes, particularly those that make use of the rice cooker or crockpot. We just moved back to the States after living in Korea, and I love learning about (and eating) dishes from different cultures and countries.
