Pierce, Oil & Salt the PotatoesOne by one, pierce each potato deeply all the way around with a fork's tines, about five or six times. This will allow the steam to escape while they are cooking.
Next, lightly coat the potatoes in olive oil. Place a small amount of olive oil (about the size of a dime) on your hand. Roll one of the potatoes around in your palm to coat it evenly.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes. Then, sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt.
