This is a really nice change from the basic fresh cranberry sauce and I would never buy canned sauce again! Very simple to make, and the leftovers added to a package of raspberry jello makes an awesome fruity jello dessert.
A few extra goodies in the salad and the dressing make this one so good. Another one of those pot luck favorites that the bowl always comes home empty and everyone wants the recipe! This recipe is well worth the extra effort to prepare the dressing.
I recently pruchased a dozen very large Hot Cross Buns on my way home from visiting my new grandson in Alberta, only to discover they were really stale (packaged in one of those "clam shells" as bakery departments are known to do). Unwilling to throw them out, I thought I should try making Bread pudding out of them. I'm going make it every Easter!
