From Cooking Light magazine May 2012 - I haven't tried this yet, but am so excited to! Will update when I do.

    Recipe #478579

This is a great recipe that is a hit at potlucks. This is my adaptation of an original recipe by Ming Tsai. The dressing is best made a day ahead, and is not included in the cooking time.

    Recipe #457397

Very good, flavorful patties. You could also use ground pork instead of the turkey. We like these by themselves, but they are very good on a bun with some grilled pineapple.

    Recipe #455540

From an old copy of Clean Eating Magazine. We really enjoy this, I no longer have to feel guilty making tuna noodle casserole for the kids! I've made a few alterations to the original recipe

    Recipe #453978

We really enjoy this semi-spicy seitan. Cook time does not include cooling time (30-60 on the counter). I like to slice this and lightly fry it on the stove top. It's also good simmered in your favorite bbq sauce.

    Recipe #448521

This is one of my own creations, we rather enjoy it in a gyro. Not as "meaty" as a real one (of course) but still quite nice. - Cooking Time does not include cooling time

    Recipe #447454

I have yet to try this, but am making it for Thanksgiving. I'll update once I do.

    Recipe #441215

This is a great recipe for summer... Cooking outdoors, and using my garden's tomatoes and basil! Not to mention it is absolutely delicious! Eating Well Magazine July/August 2010

    Recipe #433600

My husband who hates fish even enjoyed this. From Eating Well Magazine JulyAugust 2010

    Recipe #433598

From Food & Wine Magazine March 2010 - This is super yummy, but much too spicy as written for our taste. I reduce the Chipotle to 3/4 t. We also like the fish more as is, with the avocado and mayo lime sauce without the cabbage and tortillas.

    Recipe #420231

I make this blend for my husband.

    Recipe #415346

Yummy little cookies that won't ruin your diet.

    Recipe #415189

My DD loves this, everytime I make it she thinks we're having pumpkin pie for dinner. And my DH will eat it all without thinking twice.

    Recipe #409377

My family loves Mahatma's Saffron Yellow rice, but I don't love the sodium content! This is close enough that my family doesn't know the difference, but I do... oh well, I shall perfect it in time.

    Recipe #408295

This is one of my husband's favorite dishes.

    Recipe #404125

From Eating Well Magazine - This quick, easy version keeps the flavors the same, but skips the fussy layering and breading steps. I substituted the ham for smokey turkey breast, and it was great!

    Recipe #398058

Eating Well - October 2009 -- To suit our diet and tastes, I used ground turkey, 4 C chicken stock, 1/3 C cider vinegar, and sugar intead of honey.

    Recipe #394892

from Eating Well Magazine, October 2009

    Recipe #394772

    Recipe #382773

A very simple, yummy recipe from Clean Eating Magazine
