I look forward to making this. From Eating Well Magazine, March/April 2011

    Recipe #449566

This is a really nice full-flavored, lower-calorie, kinda of spicy, bisque that we quite enjoy. The addition of baking soda may be odd, but it helps eliminate the acidity of the tomatoes.

    Recipe #449135

We love this marinade for chicken, but it's also nice with pork. I like to score the meat before it goes in the marinade. Time does not include marinating time. Adjust the chipotle powder to your taste

    Recipe #448986

We really enjoy this semi-spicy seitan. Cook time does not include cooling time (30-60 on the counter). I like to slice this and lightly fry it on the stove top. It's also good simmered in your favorite bbq sauce.

    Recipe #448521

This is one of my own creations, we rather enjoy it in a gyro. Not as "meaty" as a real one (of course) but still quite nice. - Cooking Time does not include cooling time

    Recipe #447454

From Eating Well Magazine Jan/Feb 2011

    Recipe #446299

From Eating Well Magazine Jan/Feb 2011. This is delicious and much quicker than most I've made. Since we don't eat beef, I made this with pork and vegetable broth

    Recipe #446298

I haven't had a real Sloppy Joe in so long, I don't remember what they taste like, so I don't know if this would be considered a substitute... but they are super yummy! The wild rice adds a really nice chew to it, but if you don't have any ready, just omit and cut back on the tomato sauce (or simmer longer)

    Recipe #446140

I make this during the holidays to give out as little gifts. I really enjoy it, more so with the cranberries instead of raisins.

    Recipe #443757

A great recipe to use up that extra cranberry sauce! My family loves this recipe (which I've revised from a recipe from the cranberry museum)

    Recipe #443233

I have yet to try this, but am making it for Thanksgiving. I'll update once I do.

    Recipe #440671

Crazy easy and really tasty. As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to have people over so I could make it! From 'Real Simple' November 2010.

    Recipe #440670

Recipe from Eating Well Magazine Sept/Oct 2010

    Recipe #436061

I was one of those weird kid that always enjoyed Brussels Sprouts. Now that I'm an "adult," I still love them, also brown butter AND dill. It's really delicious! Recipe from Eating Well Magazine Sept/Oct 2010

    Recipe #436060

Recommended grilled cheddar cheese sandwiches and brown ale to serve with. Eating Well Magazine Sept/Oct 2010

This is a great recipe for summer... Cooking outdoors, and using my garden's tomatoes and basil! Not to mention it is absolutely delicious! Eating Well Magazine July/August 2010

    Recipe #433600

My husband who hates fish even enjoyed this. From Eating Well Magazine JulyAugust 2010
