I make this recipe often and usually double it. You can play around with it and add different dried fruits and different nuts. I usually omit the coconut (my husband doesn't like it) and add walnuts.
My family really likes Chicken Pot Pie so I tried to make a healthier version with some of their favorite vegetables. You can add whatever vegetables you like. Enjoy!
This is an easy and tasty bean dip that my friend gave me. The prep and cooking time includes the marinating time. Enjoy!
I found this on Bethenny Frankel's website (Housewives of New York). It was very easy and had a great flavor for a healthy ranch dressing.
I found this recipe on the back of a package of Hormel Crumbled Bacon. It is very easy and went over big. Enjoy!
I found this recipe for a healthier version of Sloppy Joes. I thought it was very easy and had great flavor. Enjoy!
You can add any cooked vegetable (mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper, spinach) to this to add more flavor. The cooking and prep time includes the time you need to let the dough rise. Enjoy!
This recipe was on the Bonnie Hunt Show and it's from the cookbook "Cook this not That". It looks like a really good healthier way to make Macaroni & Cheese. I'm putting it on Zaar for safe keeping.
I was trying to make something a little different using beans and with a little kick while keeping it healthy. The cooking time includes marinating time. Enjoy!
My sister gave me this recipe and it was easy and delicious!
A friend of mine gave me this recipe 10 years ago and it is my daughters favorite. It is a different take on the typical Chicken Marsala.
My sisters Mother in Law (Thanks Sal!) gave us this recipe and it has become a staple when we serve ham.
The family really likes this recipe which I usually make on holidays. I usually make it with my recipe for Marinated Sesame Beef. Enjoy!
My sisters Mother-In-Law gave us this recipe and it has become a favorite! Cooking time does not include time needed to marinate the meat.
My boss gave me this recipe and it is the only one I use for Sloppy Joe's. I always double it because it goes really fast!
This is a quick and easy salad that a friend gave me. Enjoy!
This recipe came from a few different recipes which I have combined to make something that my family enjoys. If you buy already cooked bacon it is even quicker to make.
I found this recipe from a local fruit stand years ago. I have made this often and it always goes over well. It also is very easy to make which is always a plus!
