Sweet potatoes are so underrated. They are so good for you and packed with fiber. I got tired of not being able to find a sweet potato recipe that is good for you and for 2 people. So I made this one night and it was delicious. Its easy and delicious. Goes great with seasoned baked chicken.
Traditional Filipino recipe. It may not look appetizing but it tastes delicious. My husband had to cover his eyes the first time he ate it but he said it tasted "completely different then it looked." My son, the picky eater and Gordon Ramsey wannabe, even had multiple servings of this dish.
Simple, low Calorie, delicious and great for breakfast (or antime in my house). Sometimes I add a Soy supplement (powdered) to this recipe and it will make it a little thicker. This is hands down my favorite smoothie. My aunt doesnt like the texture of allot of different fruits so needless to say its not in her daily diet. She really enjoyed this smoothie and requested it several times while she stayed with me. Hope you enjoy!
This is the best pumpkin cheesecake I have ever had. The bourbon can be substituted for vanilla. Takes a little work but you can make it ahead so that you don't have to worry about it on Thanksgiving. A Must Try!!!!!!
I love the pot roast because it falls apart in your mouth. It has a slight sweetness but not too much. My friends husband hates sweet dinners but really liked this pot roast. Try this recipe at least once, I promise you'll like it!
