This recipe comes from "Chef Bobo's Good Food Cookbook" I haven't made these. This is another small batch recipe for those times when you only want a few cookies. it is easily up-sized if you want to make more.

    Recipe #496045

This recipe comes from "Chef Bobo's Good Food Cookbook" I haven't made these yet. This recipe is only supposed to make a dozen cookies and while it is easily up-sized to make more, sometimes you only want just a few cookies.

    Recipe #496044

This recipe comes from "Chef Bobo's Good Food Cookbook" I haven't made it yet. I am putting it here so I don't lose it.

I found this recipe online when I was looking for something to do with my Swai fillets. Swai is similar to catfish with its white flesh, but has a milder flavor and more delicate texture. The recipe came from Milk & Honey Naturals. The fish stayed nice and tender (not dry at all) and the broiling at the end crisped up the bacon nicely.

This recipe somes from a Penzey's Spices catalog.

    Recipe #490064

This recipe is from a Penzey's spices catalog. I had torn the recipe out so I don't know who the original submitter is. My family loves pumpkin pie so I was looking for a way to make it without actually making a pie! LOL I haven't made this yet.

    Recipe #490062

I got this recipe out of a Penzey's spice catalog. I ripped it out of the catalog so I don't how who the original submitter is. I love sweet potatoes but my husband does not. I'm hoping this bread will be one way to get him to eat them!

    Recipe #490060

I got this recipe from a magazine at work. You could use whatever flavor jam you like.

I got this recipe out of a magazine at work but I don't remember which one. This has to sit overnight in the refrigerator.

    Recipe #479159

I got this recipe from a magazine. Choucroute is French for "dressed sauerkraut" . I haven't made this but it sounds tasty.

I got this recipe out of a vegetarian magazine at work. I haven't made it yet. It sounds more like a pineapple crisp rather than a cobbler but since I haven't made it I can't say for sure.

    Recipe #472025

I got this recipe out a vegetarian magazine at work. I haven't made it yet. The original recipe calls for 1/2 cup nutritional yeast. I am not a vegetarian so I am omitting this. I don't believe it will adversely affect the results. If you try this before I do and find that it needs it, please let me know.

    Recipe #472022

I was cleaning up and came across a tablet of hand written recipes that I had copied down from somewhere. I don't remember where they came from but I thought I should put them here for safe keeping. I put 1-2 cucumbers b/c it will depend on how "saucy" you like it. I used 1 cucumber and a handful of fresh garden tomatoes and it was a little too saucy for me. I would've liked it better with more cucumbers. You can always add more if you like.
