    Recipe #404226

My roommate made this the other day from her Cooking Light magazine, and I absolutely had to snag the recipe for myself because I loved it! She is vegetarian, so she omitted the chicken and I believe she put some already cooked lentils in the dish for extra protein. (Vegetarian option). Thanks to the spices in this dish there are beautiful flavors and this is quite filling :]

Whenever my roommates and I go out to dinner, we usually end up at Houlihan's and ordering at least two basil lemonades each. I absolutely love the crisp, fruity, and tangy taste, and these drinks definitely get us pumped for a night out on the town! I have searched all over for a recipe that mocks or even resembles these drinks and this is what I found. Enjoy :]

    Recipe #396125

    Recipe #396098

I stayed at the Sugar Hill Inn located in New Hampshire and was treated to these gems during breakfast in the morning. These muffins have a great texture with a soft crumb and just melt in your mouth. These are best served warm with butter. Enjoy!

    Recipe #391290

I stayed at this quaint little inn, located in New Hampshire, for several nights and was lucky enough to enjoy their amazing breakfasts. This is just one of their delicious recipes that I know I will be making for years! We had the cranberry scones, so I would substitute cranberries for the raisins in this recipe. The scones were also served with a delicious orange butter. This recipe results in a soft, not-too-sweet scone that absolutely melts in your mouth. I remember course sugar being on top of these scones, which is not mentioned in the recipe. If desired, I would sprinkle enough to taste on the dough before baking.

    Recipe #391287

I saw this recipe showcased on Bobby Flay's Throwdown, and just had to try it! This is the winning recipe from Joe Barnett.

    Recipe #381010

A zesty chicken salad filled with greens, pasta, and crunchy yummies!

    Recipe #379435

Yum! This pasta salad is super easy and versatile. You can add or omit whatever veggies you like. For the bell pepper, I like using yellow or orange to add great color, but you can use whatever you like. As for the feta cheese, you can purchase crumbled or block; however, I like using block cheese, breaking it down, and upon mixing, it crumbles down perfectly. I like to make this the night before my event so all the flavors meld together.

Dogs (and owners alike!) will like their chops over these savory bacon-rice patties. Basically, this is a treat for both you and your dog to enjoy. Everyday with Rachel Ray.
