This makes a great dessert topping to drizzle over berries or pies...really yummy on pumpkin pie. I also have a whipped version that makes it nice and thick like whipped cream!!! I like to let it chill for a couple of hours or even better over night. Depends on how much of a hurry you are to eat it :) Remember this is a simple way to make a dessert from berries. Just drizzle or coat berries and serve. Delicious!!! And very good for you too. The coconut is anti-microbial, antifungal...etc.. I use Thai Kitchen Brand...NOT the low fat one...coconut doesn't make you actually speeds up your metabolism. You can read more about the health benefits of Coconut here: She also has some good recipes on her site too.

A creamy vanilla milkshake that is dairy free. Easy and delicious!

    Recipe #328207

This is something I came up with as a whipped cream substitute since I am allergic to milk. It came out great and I use this on my pies. It's nice and thick like whipped cream but doesn't have any sugar or dairy. It tastes great and is easy to make.

    Recipe #363016

I am soooo having a blast with making up new recipes. I just made an awesome one this afternoon. I used Arrowroot in this. You can find it in the natural section most likely and it works like cornstarch as a thickener but healthier for you than cornstarch. I am going to try making a pie with this mixture and give it a pecan pie shell with crushed pecans that have been browned in butter and cinnamon. I think it will come out nice.

    Recipe #363013

This is a simple pie shell recipe that is a great alternative for those on a no grain diet. You can make this for any kind of pie. I made it with pumpkin pie and it was great. You can also use, almonds or walnuts if you prefer.
