I played around with this recipe until it was just right. My husband has high cholesterol, so I wanted a yummy cookie he could indulge in, (a little). When I tried it with only whole wheat they turned out too flat for my liking. These are fluffy and soft and not too sweet.

    Recipe #450236

I didn't name them, (even though I'm Mormon I think it's a stupid name) but they are SO GOOD! Mormons are big on keeping food storage, stocking up on things when they are cheap. This recipe can be made from things you have stored, you can even use dehydrated onions, instead of fresh, and canned lima beans, instead of frozen. I modified this recipe to make it healthier, and I always serve it with sweet cornbread.

    Recipe #462901

A delicious and easy chocolate cheesecake in a smaller size, so it doesn't last FOREVER in your fridge!

    Recipe #372687

This is the BEST whole wheat bread recipe you will ever have! So light and fluffy, you will hardly believe it's healthy! It makes 5 loaves. You can also add 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk to the other ingredients, but it is less calories without it, and tastes just as good.

    Recipe #471773

This is my way of trying to make a yummy white bread recipe a little healthier, but still light and fluffy. It is SO GOOD! I took bits and pieces from different recipes.
