I'm not sure where I originally got this recipe. I've been making it for years and it is wonderful as a side to grilled chicken or salmon. It also makes a wonderful meatless main dish. I use the spinach and regular linguine mixed together. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
This is posted in response to a request. My aunt used to make something very similar to these at all family bridal showers & baby showers. They were very good. Prep time is an estimate. Depends on how fast with a pastry bag you are! Cook time is chilling time.
This recipe is SOO good! It came from the "BBQ USA" cookbook with a few modifications. They list it as an appetizer but I have also served the shrimp with a salad as a meal. My seven year old even requested this for his birthday dinner last week! Cooking time reflects marinating time. Yield is an estimate. It depends on if you serve this as an appetizer or main dish.
This recipe originally came from the cookbook "What's for Dinner?". I've made some changes based on what my family enjoys. This is my FAVORITE way to have zucchini. This is delicious as a side for grilled chicken or fish and is also terrific just by itself.
A terrific make ahead breakfast that is great for special occassions. Very rich and delicious! Make sure to use only REAL maple syrup. It makes a huge difference in the flavor. This really does need to sit in the refrigerator overnight before its baked.
This dip is just delicious! I think it came from and old cooking light book. Very yummy! Prep time includes time to roast the peppers. You can use jarred roasted peppers but I like the fresh ones! Note: neufchatel cheese is light cream cheese.
These take a little time to make but they are SOO delicious! They freeze very well and can be made ahead and reheated. I don't remember where I got this recipe but it is definitely requested a lot! Prep time does not include time for dough to chill.
