    I came up with this recipe after I burnt my son's Ramen noodles. We thought it was quite tasty. It doesn't matter what kind of noodles, I don't think, but I used a type of hollow spaghetti.

    I came up with this at my friend's house in an attempt to feed 6 kids with what he had in the cabinet. They loved it, and there was enough to feed the adults too. The meat that I used was wild pig, but I think that any would do.

    This is my favorite way to have Fettuccini Alfredo. Doesn't have that 'off' flavor that jarred alfredo sauce has. I serve with crisp steamed broccoli florets and sauteed chicken breasts.

    This is adapted from the Quaker oats Vanishing Oatmeal cookie recipe. I love oatmeal cookies, but most are too bland for me. My family gobble these up almost as soon as they come out of the oven. I use a small general purpose ice cream scoop to make uniformly sized cookies. Enjoy!
