This was on a magazine cover years ago and I just thought it looked yummy. Simple too, just a few ingredients. I have used bone-in ham and even canned ham when funds were tight.

    Recipe #163004

My girlfriend Rosemary gave me this wonderfully simple but delicious appetizer. One of my nephews requests them for dinner. Wonderful for parties.

    Recipe #76272

I love crisp cookies and found this recipe ages ago. I also like that they are not overflowing with chips.

    Recipe #73910

I have to say I do not bake much, so when I do it best be good and easy. This one fits the bill and my husband who loves PB Cookies is quite satisfied with them.

    Recipe #73909

I developed this recipe one day when I had some green peppers with a couple of bad spots on them. I just cut out the bad parts and used them anyway. Since then this is the only way I make it anymore. I never really liked the big chunks of meat in a stuffed pepper anyhow. I am sure someone else has done this too, now some of my family makes it this way too.

    Recipe #71810

This is a family favorite. Very rich though. Not sure what the cornstarch does, but I always use it. I have also just made the sauce and served it over outdoor grilled steaks. Just as yummy.

    Recipe #71407

I am not greek, and not sure if this is really greek, but this is the way it was given to me and what they called it. The longer you can simmer it the more tender the meat will be. Add water as needed, but the sauce should have a consistency of gravy and not watery. Have loved this one for years.

    Recipe #69357

My husband came up with this recipe. I thought they were so good I told my friends and dubbed them "Tony Burgers". What I really like is they taste so good you really don't have to add much to them condiment wise. Usually I load burgers up with all the fixings but these really don't need them. I usually ony use a slice of cheese.

    Recipe #69135

Tried this one to get my 5 year old to eat more vegetables. Quite easy and an alternative to just plain old beans out of a can. Of course fresh green beans can be substituted.

    Recipe #69134

Years ago I enjoyed a salad similar to this. I got what was in it, but not how to put it all together and the sizes and amounts. Over the years I used trial and error to come up with this. My husband's family just expect this at every gathering and really gripe if I don't make it. Once I was planning something else and they brought the ingredients to the gathering for me to make it.

    Recipe #69133

This really does taste like you are eating a taffy apple. Making it the night before allows the marshmallows to soften.

    Recipe #69132

My Mom taught me how to make these, her secret was the sauce. She used it for these as well as coleslaw and potato salad. I think it is the sugar that makes the eggs slightly sweet. This last Easter, my sister-in-law and I both made deviled eggs and I have to say, that mine won! I don't think I ever have had sweet ones anywhere else. And here is my secret....I eat 2 eggs worth of the whites, while I am making them that makes the other eggs really full.

    Recipe #68873

This is my version of a Pillsbury recipe. I just think they are better if you add the cheese after partially baked and not at the beginning. When I made it the cheese was over-baked and hard. I also tried them with Bulls-eye BBQ sauce and the Open Pit was liked much more. I made them for my neice and nephews for one of their birthdays and this recipe has been a staple in their house also. Good for kids, but I like them too.

    Recipe #68801

I am terrible about not asking for a recipe, I was watching a girlfriend make this and i just remembered the ingredients. Not sure if i got the amounts right but I have fiddled with it for years and this seems the best. You could also cover it with nuts, or for a Daytona 500 party, I shaped it with a ring mold, covered it with finely chopped black olives and called it a Cheese Tire!

    Recipe #68795

I am a real garlic lover so this recipe caught my eye years ago, don't remember where it came from. It originally called for red wine, but although very tasty, the sauce was purple. Boiling the garlic completely changes the flavor to the point that my husband wondered what was in it the first time I made it for him.

    Recipe #68792

This is ooey gooey yummy. This was the first from-scratch my 5 year old helped make, so of course it's her favorite. The icing is kinda like fudge and the cake is very tasty. A big winner with kids. Took it to a picnic and the kids all devoured it. I loved asking people to guess the secret ingredient too.

    Recipe #68601

This was the first, and only Beef Stroganoff I have ever made. But it is the only one I have found like it. A lovely reddish color appears from the paprika. I have never had any other with the paprika and it really makes a difference in the flavor.

    Recipe #68560

This one is almost to simple. I had it at a baby shower and really just stole it, it was to easy to ask for a recipe.

    Recipe #68546

Named for my daughter Allegra because she calls it Chessy Pie instead of Chess. Quite a simple recipe for a rich and wonderful pie. Was the hit of last Thanksgiving.

    Recipe #68545

This recipe is from my mother-in-law Barbara. It is a staple at all our family holiday get-togethers. I prefer the cubed hash browns, but either way it is really great.
