A twist on your regular soup with great flavor and low in calories! It is full of vegetables and very filling. Enjoy! If you want a little more Zest to it, add the whole can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles rather than just half the can.
*When I make it I use 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, reduced calorie margarine, and the 2% milk Veveeta cheese and I only use about 2/3 lb of the cheese to cut back on some calories
Great served as a side dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Always a hit at every family function. The frosted flakes give them a little sweetness... you could substitute corn flakes if that is more your taste.
I created this pie in my Advanced Food Class in college...It is light,delicious, and very simple to make! You can use whatever sliced fruit you like as a topping. During the holidays I use kiwi and strawberry (red and green!) and shape the kiwi into a christmas tree in the middle and surround the rest of the pie with sliced strawberries! :) Enjoy!
