Inspired by my good Cuban friends in Ft. Lauderdale.. Black beans and warm Cuban bread with butter top this dish off..

    Recipe #373607

Another of my Cuban favorites for a Sunday dinner.. I make this in a pressure cooker but it could easily be done in a regular Dutch Oven. Just adjust time and temperture to suit..

    Recipe #376892

This recipe has been in my family since about 1930.. Originally started by my Great Grandmother and passed down through my family over the years.. While it may resemble Hamburger Helper, its been around a lot longer than that and is much better tasting.. I hope you enjoy it..

    Recipe #376379

A baked bean recipe that I've served for years and has always met with great approval to every backyard barbque I've taken it too..

    Recipe #373141

Not all that far from many others.. A bit more of the clean citrus taste and a little more tang from the hot sauce and white pepper. I'm not too much of a fan of cilantro, but the dried cilantro leaves work well here without the overpowering taste from the fresh.. Great with Tostitio scoops..

    Recipe #376239

A Salisbury Steak recipe thats a bit out of the ordinary.. The horseradish gives it a nice tang, and the mushrooms also add to the nice taste. Serve with boiled noodles or mashed potatoes and a veggie of choice.. I hope its enjoyed here..

    Recipe #374940

For those who served in the Navy this was a breakfast favorite in many places.

    Recipe #373071

A great tasting beef stew in minutes rather than hours. I wanted beef stew one night for dinner but didn't have time to do it in my slow cooker, so I modified the recipe for my pressure cooker and it was ready in 30 minutes and turned out better than in the slow cooker..

    Recipe #380557

A wonderful entree type soup for a winter's night.. Best served with white rice in the bowl..

    Recipe #375164

The basic recipe for this was originally posted in a Mid-Western town cookbook found at a antique show. It's been heavily modified since then.. I've served it for years this way.. I hope its enjoyed here.

    Recipe #373539

A great tasting and quick cassarole for a weeknights dinner. I season and pre-cook the chicken in a contact grill which only takes about 10 minutes from frozen.

    Recipe #376591

While I don't consider this an everyday meal, it's nice to have on a Saturday night with a good bottle of wine and good friends.. I usually serve this with twice baked potatoes and a Ceaser salad. Tip.. Have all the prep work and ingredients ready before starting steaks

    Recipe #377754

Another weeknight meal thats great tasting and easy to cook.. It has a nice tang to it and its great with wide egg noodles and a veggie of choice. I hope it's enjoyed here.

    Recipe #377620

Most (legal) conch are found frozen at your fish monger. I use about a pound of conch and supplement it with a can of minced clams. If you can't get conch, use all clams and turn it into clam chowder. That works too.

    Recipe #375125

I was having a Cuban Pork attack one evening this week but didn't want to make the whole meal so I came up with this recipe which was fun to have and share with friends.

    Recipe #507981

This is a breakfast side that was inspired by a seaside diner in Pompano Beach Florida that's long since out of business.

    Recipe #514874

Something thrown together one evening for something different to do with pork chops.. Goes well with white rice or Wild Rice Rice-A-Roni..
