I have enjoyed other's extremely simple but "why didn't I think of that!" recipes, and I thought why not share some of mine, because maybe someone hasn't thought of it, as simple as it is! This is a sandwich I've been making for 10 or so years, very simple but the mingling of flavors is amazing! Not to mention the different but good crunchiness :)
The delicious taste of nuts & bananas, but contains neither! Bananas and walnuts are healthy and good to eat but not exactly low in fat, so here is a lower-fat version that I enjoy practically every morning.
Tasty, low-fat, satisfying, and healthy treat! I guess it could be considered a smoothie though I eat it with a spoon, great for those who are looking for watching their weight. This is my own twist on a popular pumpkin mousse recipe that I modified over time to my own taste.
